Tsoiotsi’s Tsogalii’s First Year Arrowmen Award

At Tsoiotsi Tsogalii we have a brand new program called the First Year Arrowman Award that we just presented for the first time at Fall Fellowship. In order to earn the award you had to show up to four chapter meetings and attend two out of our three large annual events such as a Fellowship or Conclave. In addition to attending lodge events, you have to help out on a lodge level and work with the teams of  two vice chiefs. Lastly, they have to go through the Brotherhood conversion process to be eligible to receive the award. Our hope is that this award will encourage new arrowmen to be active in their chapters and at the lodge level.
